Are you a strong Estate Manager with Personal Assistant skills? If so, then you need to read on…..
Responsibilities include:
- Managing primary residence in NYC and two other properties in Manhattan and East Hampton
- Take care of all Bookkeeping, payroll for staff, invoices, etc
- In charge of all building and house systems (HVAC, AV, security, and other IT systems)
- Oversee household staff of 5, vendors, and service providers
- Handle complicated schedule and calendar for family with activities and events
- Organize photos, gifts, contacts database, etc
- Assist with letter writing and sort mail
- Ad hoc projects
This high end Estate Manager / PA must have:
- BA Degree
- 5yrs + Experience, preferably in NYC (extensive knowledge of Manhattan)
- Excellent computer skills (MAC, MS Office Suite, Paperless Post, FileMaker Pro, Collector Systems)
- Great organizational skills, proactive, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, trustworthy, and reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- eam player. Pet friendly
- Experience working with high end clients and formal homes
- Verifiable references and longevity
- Driving preferred
Still tempting? Schedule: Monday-Friday w/occasional weekends. Flexibility is key with long hours and schedule changes. PAY is Market Rate (DOE). Excellent compensation!
